Accessibility
The Nature Centre building is wheelchair accessible and features barrier-free washrooms. However, the Niagara Glen trail system itself is not wheelchair accessible due to steep metal stairways and rugged terrain with an elevation change of over 60 meters.
Parking
On-site metered parking is available for $8 per hour. A Niagara Parks Daily Parking Pass ($31.86 + HST) or a Niagara Glen Annual Parking Pass ($30) are also options. There are 6 designated accessible parking spots, including 2 van-accessible spots.
Transit
The WEGO Green Line (603) stops directly at the Niagara Glen Nature Centre. It connects to the Niagara Falls GO/VIA Station and the Table Rock Centre hub.
Seasonal Note
Guided tours are offered during the spring and summer months. The Nature Centre may have seasonal hours, while the trails are accessible from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM year-round (hiking is recommended only during daylight). Winter conditions may cause icy and hazardous trail patches.
Why Excitorama Recommends This
Recommended for users looking for nature centre experiences in Niagara Parkway, especially when exploring Niagara Falls and the surrounding tourism district.
