Our Story
Established in 2015, Door Fifty-Five was envisioned as Mississauga’s first authentic whiskey and bourbon haven, replacing the legendary Harp Restaurant & Pub. The interior is a tribute to history, constructed from reclaimed barn wood dating back to 1830 and decorated with century-old industrial parts bins. Founded by Executive Chef Tiago Pablo and Bar Chef Michael Long, the venue’s mission is to deliver high-quality, house-made ingredients and rare spirits within a setting that pays homage to the secret tunnels of the prohibition era.
