The Brueckner Rhododendron Garden is a hidden horticultural treasure in Mississauga's Lakeview neighborhood, featuring over 1,000 rhododendrons and azaleas, ornamental gardens, walking paths, and views of Lake Ontario. Peak bloom is late May to mid-June, when the garden bursts into a spectacular display of color.
Our Story
Dr. Joseph Brueckner, a local physician and rhododendron enthusiast, donated his collection to establish this garden. It has since grown into one of the largest public rhododendron gardens in Canada.
